Which release this notice describes

Updated 24 October 2026. The original paid version 1.0 does not use RevenueCat or offer a recurring subscription. The subscription sections below describe the subscription-enabled update in preparation. A policy update does not announce that update’s store availability; check the app and its store listing.

Your work stays local

Imported tables, Markdown text, conversion recipes, saved projects and converted files are processed and saved on your device. Filethimble does not send this project content to RevenueCat. Device backups follow your operating-system settings. Removing the app removes its local work, subject to backups; copies you exported remain at their chosen destinations. Keep originals.

Optional Pro and purchase information

In subscription-enabled releases, RevenueCat helps verify store purchases, renewals and Pro access. When billing connects, including when you use free tools, it creates an anonymous app-user identifier and exchanges app and device information such as operating-system and app/SDK versions, locale and store details. If you purchase or restore, it also processes store transaction identifiers or receipts, purchased products, purchase history and subscription status. Network services receive connection information such as an IP address.

We use these records to provide subscription features, prevent purchase fraud, support restoration and understand subscription performance through RevenueCat’s subscription analytics. Anonymous means this app does not supply a name, email or custom login identity; it does not mean that no data leaves your device. The app does not ask you to create an app account and its billing integration disables automatic advertising-identifier collection. We do not receive your card details. Apple or Google operates your store account and payment processing.

Service providers and your choices

RevenueCat processes subscription records for Starter Studio, Inc. Information about its services is available in RevenueCat’s privacy policy. Store processing follows the Apple privacy policy or Google privacy policy. The app does not send your project content for advertising.

Use our support form to ask about access, correction or deletion of subscription or support records. We may need a store order reference or other information to locate and verify the relevant record; do not send payment-card details, passwords or private files. Records are retained as needed to operate subscriptions, resolve requests and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Deleting local app data or asking us to delete a record does not cancel a store subscription or erase records the store must retain. Cancel renewal in your store’s subscription settings.

Website and support

Netlify hosts this website and may process connection logs such as IP addresses. The support form sends the name, email and message you choose to provide so Starter Studio, Inc. can respond. Support information is separate from the app’s anonymous billing identity. Exported files and content you share with another app or service are subject to that destination’s handling.

Optional website analytics

This website offers separate, optional Google Analytics measurement. It starts only after you select Allow analytics. We measure page visits, successful browser conversions and clicks to the public app store, including source page and button placement. We do not send files, filenames, headers, cell values or converted JSON. Store clicks are not installs or purchases.

Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change it or decline. Declining disables further analytics and removes this site’s Analytics cookies where accessible. The converter works without analytics. Google processes measurement data; see Google’s privacy policy. This website measurement is separate from the mobile-app practices described above.
